What do you enjoy most about working at Sunrise Irrigation?
I love working outdoors. Everyday is a new challenge and something different that I can work at to learn and figure out.
Are there any colleagues or mentors who have had a significant impact on your career here?
From the very start Tanner took me under his wing and taught me just about everything I know. Not a day goes by that I’m not learning something new from him not only work related but life lessons too.
How do you stay motivated and continue to grow in your career?
My family is a big part of this! Everything I do is for them to try and provide the best life I can for them.
Tell me a bit about your background and where you’re from.
I was born in Florida but grew up mostly up north in buffalo NY and Galesburg IL. I joined the Army out of high school and served in the 82nd Airborne division . After, I moved back to Florida to be closer to family.
Who is the most influential person in your life and how have they inspired you?
My dad is definitely that person. He’s always been there to steer me in the right direction. Through teaching and tough “I told you so”s, he has helped me become the man I am today and I am eternally grateful for everything he’s done for me.
